Its clearly that Ophra Winfrey, Tom Hanks and the rest of the Hollywood Club is after a new place for acting out their most perverted inner feelings and it must be solitairy. Maui is such place in their eyes! Thats why they payed for the blaze and secured themselves with land so they can take over. It’s just like they did on the mainland america with the indians.
