Christmas morning

The most important breakfast of the year! Yes, for our household it is. This is the breakfast we really enjoy with all the traditional food we have! Brown cheese, pressed pork, bulls tongue, lambham, sour herring with onions, salmon, scrambled eggs and trimmings like redbeads, pickled cuecumber, tomatoes, raw onion, mustard and mayonaise. Milk and Coffee! So we are now relaxing after this event and we will later start on the christmas day dinner! It’s gonna be a blast! We are having…….leftovers? What! My wife ssys we can’t just indulge ourselves in an eating frenzy! We must concider the costs of it all! It’s expencive! Is it? Yes, we payed, according to all reciepts, three time as much as last year! Why? Because of the “transport” scam! Transport scam? Yes, the owners of the major foodstorechains are “blaming” big transportfees but that’s a glat out lie! They got 5-10 years contracts on a prize for transport! So theyr socalled costs on transport is the same as it has been! The costs when renegociation of the contracts accure it only goes up with 4-6%. So the greedy owners of your foodchainstores are the grinches of all year round! So this was on my mind this morning and I shared it with you guys because they won’t listen to me here.
