The skijumpers

Have you seen a skijump? What was your first reaction? Mine was awe! Think about it. They sit on the woodbar almost on the top of the tower and looking down. Thinking how to hit the edge of the jump in the rigth moment to get the ability to fly down the hill and land while standing slide and stop. And now we have girls doing this! Wooow they are really brave doing that! I have been up in the tower of Holmenkollen in Oslo and that is very scary looking down the tracks but when I came up in the tower of Vikersund skiflying hill i was terrified looking down the tracks! Picture this standing on the top with skiis on your feets going out and down the tracks! Hitting the edge exactly and you come out in a soar down the hill and you land on 254 meters! What a rush!!! Now there are downhill and super G in the alpine cirkus and thats very heavy to, but flying 254 meters in 120 kmh and land standing now thats an achivement!!
