Remember i started training? Well before i started i had to change some of my diet so i did. I don’t drink milk anymore and i don’t eat bread. Besides i take a suppliment called CLA and this suppliment works on me. CLA helps the body to use bodyfat and turn it in to muscles. The body will transport the fat into the muscles and it will become musclegain when you train! So it works on me and I am training every second day. I spend 1-2 hours training and it gives me satisfaction. You should try it to. So, back to the title: 126 kg when I started the diet. So after i couple of months i started training and have been training about four weeks. Maybe Five. Anyway my weigthloss speaks for itself. So I will continue the training and use the supplements CLA and i hope i will manage to become in a better shape. I am 62 years old but young at heart!
