Still in training

Yes I am. Still working out in a gym every second day. Starts with 10 min walking fast on a treadmill and then i go about the day work out program. Chest and back. Arms and legs. Abs and lower back. Glutes, shoulders and calfs. And I don’t lift heavy just enough to get a good workout! Hey i’m 62 years old and i’m not going for mr fitness! But I love it. The workout. Makes me sweat real good every time! And i can feel my mood is better to! Smiling a lot to everyone! More helpful to! So this is doing me good! I reconmend this to all couchpotatoes. Get up and train! My days have some meaning afterall.
