Training update

Still training! Yes, I am still going every second day to the gym. I was 126 kg when I started and are now 118 kg and more muscles and compact body. My goal is to reach 110 kg wich will be my ideal weigth according to my heigth wich is 197 cm or 6 foot 5. Yeah i’m a big guy but i’m a sweet and gentle guy! So my training is going in the rigth direction for now. I will give my self 1 year to get in good shape so I can hang out with my grandkids and be able to keep up with them somehow. Yes it’s hard to hang out with the kids! They want to do so much of everything and nothing so I got to keep up. We play soccer, goes fishing and making noise in the garden! Driving everybody crazy! So I will keep up my training because it gives so much back…..
