Fuck! Almost every nigth i don’t get the amount of sleep i need. I sleep three tops four hours every nigth! And I am very tired during the day! So what can I do? Even my wife says i look very tired. And I am. So maybe i should change the training program and do it more like exercises then the hardcore training i am doing now! But sometimes i can feel very tired but still feel that the training is doing me good! I’ve lost 10 kg now! So I will try to stabilize the exercises so I don’t exhaust myself every training. Well I must adapt the training to my age. But let me tell you about those days i really feel fit and good about myself. There have been more and more of these days! You know, when you are going out on a small hike and you feel you really can do this hike without any strains. And when your back you feel like you could do it again same day. You feel really good and fit! And somedays i am so tired i fall asleep almost everytime i sit down. Well thats age for you! Anyway it’s going real good with my health and I am thankful for that. “Every day is a new day and I am thankful for every breath i take. I won’t take it for granted so I learn from my mistakes!” These words are a small prayer i say every day. To me they mean a lot! Stay safe everyone!
