Stamina

Fuuuck! My stamina is not what it was! I am struggling sometimes dhen i am out in the sticks! You know, when you hike around in nature. I used to keep up with the best ones but now I am joining the back. Yes, I tried to take a small trip with some people and I found out that my stamina was not same anymore. So I am changing a litle bit on my program and I put in som exercises towards training my stamina to! So it was good to find out actually so I can improve that aswell when I am training. I will keep you all in a loop on this. I am 62 and I press 85 kg 3×10 like it was nothing and 130 kg 3×10 in legg press! I am 6 foot 5 and a 117 kg and still loosing weigth. My musclemass has strengthen and compact itself again caused by training and I feel much better in body and spirit. So now i will focus more on my stamina. So now you know a litle bit more about my training progress. I am not going for any titles or any beach pose. I am doing it for me!
