What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Well my wife and I are in the gym every second day for 2 hours. Then we hike around a lake outside the city. We also go hiking in forests to! Some weeks we spend more time outside! Even when it rains sometimes we go out. Just so we can experience the seasons for real! We are very lucky here in Norway cause we have four seasons! Spring summer fall and winter. And we spend much time outside cause that hardeneds you and your immunesystem! And we do honey every morning. A teaspoon each! We eat blueberrys we pick in the forest cause they are full of antioxidantes! Sometimes we do beewax and propolis! With all this combined we maintain our health and well-being! Actually it’s easy to do! If you love yourselves and your spous like we do that is also doing it’s bit for our well-being!
