How would you design the city of the future?

Woow! Ok! There would be no electricity bills cause we would harness the energy from the athmosphere. No fossil fueled vehicles in the city. All goods logistic and delivery to shops is underground. Parks and ponds for waterfoul and other birds. No more shoppingcenters or mals. Shops in the city. Bicycles allowed for distances inside the city. No electric vehicles. Firehazards! Farmers marked for selling vegetables and other growth a farmer has. Butcher shops. Big library! Schools learning students up to date knowledge and future. Weekly gathering of citicense taking the nigth off together. Celebrate familys. Police trying to keep the crime low. Crimes extremly low cause everybody had it all or they could get it. Legalized cannabis for medicinal purposes and tax. No realty tax. The city income was from the billionaires. They could own taxfree 5 billions annually. Everything over goes to the city. The citicense pays 15% income tax. No property tax. Legal vigilantes if needed. Protective aditude towards elderly and children. Nursing village for the elderly. Small town inside the city for our elders to have the last time together in their safe surroundings. Not a nursinghome! And No immigrants from different cultures! One or two but not hundreds! No mosques and No synagouges. Our church! Now, keep in mind this is a city housing 150.000 people cause I used my city as a model.
