What are your favorite types of foods?

Well, food is the fuel my body needs so I am very careful with what I eat. Off course i can eat junk-food once or twice, but in the big picture i am careful. Chicken and fish, beef but most wild not domestic because of the natural nutrions are stronger and better. So my dinners are giving me the most of energy, vitamins and minerals. The breakfast is also vitalising. I eat macrel and fishpuddin on my bread and three eggs every morning. And I also have mornings with salami ham and bacon. I mix it during a week. Variation in what you eat is important. And then you have the evening meal. Mostly salads or some other ligth food. Nothing heavy for your stomach.
