What food would you say is your specialty?
We have a lot of different dishes we serve here in Norway and they are all very good. The one dish i make to perfection is meatballs, brown sauce, peastew and potatoes some redbeets, pickles and homemade jam. Now the meatballs are made of deermeat and oxmeat mince mix, 2 eggs, 4 raw potatoes, salt’n pepper and onions mixed together. Then you steak the meatballs on each side on the frying pan and then on a tray in to the oven for 50 minutes on 150° degrees. We bake the meatballs and then put them in a big pot with brown sauce and let them simmer. Peas are cooking take them off and poor out the water stomp them with some butter into a stew, salt’n pepper and a pinch of sugar. Potatoes cooking. Take a plate and serve 4 potatoes, 3 meatballs and the peastew and with readbeets, pickles and jam. Enjoy and bon apetit!! The most craaazzy dish we serve is smoked and boiled sheephead!! We also have fish formented in lye! Two fucked up dishes!! Only in Norway!
