Favourite form…

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

These days i go to the gym and lifts weigths. Starts off with ten minutes fast walk on the treadmill. When I was young I ran. Then I part the exercises up in to chest and back and arms and legs. When I was young I used my body as weigth. Now I do bench press, sit ups, shoulder press, leg press, back rise, arm curl and so on. You get the picture. When I was young I was outdoors. Playing soccer, volleyball, freesbee, running in the woods. Now it’s all indoors. So I don’t know if I have any favourite exercises anymore. I just do them because I learned about it in athletes class when I went to an athletes high school for 2 years. Now I am 62 years old and I still lift my own body mass and I pull it up to. I am currently 115 kg and I do it all with eas! Feels great!
