Training…

Yes, I am still training! I go every second day and I train all musclegroups. Takes me two hours now to do it all. And I can see and feel the transformation of the body. I look much better now! The shoulders and my posture is much better and my walk much more balanced. The strength has improved to. And my mind feels much clearer. So I will recommend this if you are feeling down and not fit for any exercize. Start training! Your body will reward you for it! After a while you will feel the reward! And it does wonders for your mind to! Your selfimage and asteem will be boosted! The days will be easier to go thru! Did you know that training helps with your anxiety? Yes it does! Your brain gives you dopamin when you train and it helps the center where anxiety develops to calm down and make you calm. When you do kneepress your muscles gives the bloodstream molecules called hopemolecules wich does wonders for your body and health. Look it up! I will keep you updated on my training….
