Training…

Yeah, still training! I must say that was one of my best decicions this year. I feel much better bodywise. Have some small aches here and there but I general i fill much more fit and strong. So I will continue and it will be fun next year to see the development. Meanwhile i will start focusing on my muscle condition and start training so I can endure more training. It’s ok with muscles but you need to last aswell. I mean i need to make sure that i can endure longtime musclework like running, cycling and swimming! Thriathlon training without the competitive part! I am not going for any medals or anything like that. I just want to be fit and strong by myself. Makes me happy!
