Yes, this has become an International scandal and very irritating because they don’t stop it. The american army uses this as a weapon! True fact! They have a special department in the army soly focus on weathermanipulation! They have maschines that produces clouds! Portable on the back of a big armytruck. And they use H.A.A.R.P. transmitters to manipulate the clouds with frequency, microwaves and radiowaves! One example is the recent flooding in Spain! H.A.A.R.P. ships was seen in the mediterainien sea rigth after the incident. They don’t hide it anymore. Even those 5G towers are in on it! Because 5G has absolutely nothing to do with computers or any dataspeed! 5G is there to amplifie H.A.A R.P. transmitting over cities! 5G affects the nanoparticles in the pfizervaccine and with the rigth frequency it kills you! True fact! So if you take the planes who spew chemtrails over all cloudsystems together with H.A.A.R.P. transmitters they manipulate storms and hurrycanes!
