We norwegians have a dish the vikings used to serve and we still do. It’s called “smalahove” and it’s a boiled sheeps head! Yes, it is. They cut a head in half, boil it and serve. The eye is a delicatesse! The half a brain to! Tongue! And the meat around the head is delicious! Served with carrots, cabbage and broccoli. Potatoes to! Bon apetite!
