What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

When I was young it was track and fields in the summer and alpineskiing in the winter. Soccer and freesbee and volleyball on the beach. Crosscountryskiing in the mountains. Nowadays it’s more stationary inside a gym. Yeah, i lift weigths now. Not to become a he-man but to keep in shape with loose movement capabilitys. And let me tell you ever since we started march this year we have become in better shape and we have easier days. So we walk on the treadmill for warm up in 10 minutes and then we go thru our program for the whole body work out. It takes us about 2 hours for this and we do it three times a week with weekends off! Until now it has been very good for us mentally and physically. Better movement more stamina and stronger. Feels very good afterwards!
