How has technology changed your job?
Well, inside my job it has not changed so much because we still need cooks making real food! I used to be one. And I have been to many kitchens that covers my area of expertice and the ovens are much better now. You see, I used to cook lunch and dinner for 3500 people every day for 25 years! And the equipment today are much better then when I started. Like I said the ovens today are excellent compare to what we had.
