How do you practice self-care?

Well, honey every morning, moringa supplement, garlic in the food and training three times a week. Hiking in weekends. Hunting in autumn! Eating only wildmeat! Fish i fished! So I am a hunter/gatherer more or less! And that is why i would function better off grid in the woods somewhere!
