If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?
If I was to open up a shop it would be a small cafe where i would make norwegian household food. A place you could taste some of our many fantastic different maincourse tasty dinners. We have a very selective menu based on the norwegian farmers and what they ate. Even the fish dishes are very good! We have wild meat, domestic meat, wild fouwl and domestic fouwl and wild fish dishes we are proud of because they come from the vikings. So this cafe would be my “shop” and traditional food is what I am selling.
