Leader…

Do you see yourself as a leader?

Sometimes when I speak people listen to what I say and they pay attention. And when I suggest something we always see if it’s doable before we look at other ways. I am very good at delegating tasks to people who want’s to do. I am a very good listener and I always let other show themselves. I use my logic and common sence and I am very rigthious by nature. I know how to learn others in such way they look forward to it every time. So yeah, I see myself as a leader!
