Vasaloppet

Funny word heh? It means a race on ski. 90 km long. This event is going off for the 100th time. Over 1million 500.000 people has gone this race. Mindblowing! It happens in sweden every year. They used to walk crosscountry skiing you know. Now they only use their upper body and arms to push. It’s hard work people. If jou would like to try the movement stand on the floor and imagine sticks in your hands and stretch your arms out in front and pull them backwards in a swinging motion back and forth while you bend your knees in between. But if you have skies on you legs It’s much more fun when you glide away. Annyway this race is one of the biggest swedish events on skies. And it’s a fantastic event! The landscape and surroundings are magical. Snow and nice weather is the best combo in the winter. Up here in Norway and scandinavia in the winter season we have a beautiful nature with mooses, lynx, wolverines and wolves as some of the wildlife here. We have bears in the springsummerfall.
