How can you build a regular fitness routine?
Well, you find the days you want to work out and you make a training program covering the time you want to spend on each day of workout! Make sure you warm up very good before each work out! That prevents damages to your muscles and body. Make sure every work out makes you diciplined and focused! Be hard on yourself and push the limits! And remember to train every second day. You need one day off between work out days. Monday training, tuesday off, wednesday training, thursday off, friday training, weekend off! Important to rest in between trainingdays! In the weekend you can do stretching! Warm up very good the whole body and then stretch carefully all the muscles you trained! This was my trainingsheet over the years when I was active in sports!
