Wrong proverb…

In Norway we have a proverb going like this:” there is no bad weather only bad clothes.” To me this sounds a litle off when you say there is no bad weather, because some weathertypes can be really bad! Typhoons are scary so are heavy tornadoes especially when the rain comes! And you have blizzards in the winter! White outs! Heavy rainstorms are also bad! But in all this weathers you need clothes! And like in the proverb only bad clothes! There are no waterproof clothing! No matter what you will get wet in the rain or snow! Clothes can keep you some warm for a while but never dry! So my conclusion on this proverb will be:” there are a lot of bad weather all over the world and there are bad clothes for it to.”
