What do you do to improve your sleep?
I do different things that help me improve my sleep. Like smoking weed! Eat healthy! Drink healthy! Sometimes I eat fish for better sleep! I do hikes and I do beachwalks! By the sea the salty sea-air is very soothing to! In the mountains the fresh mountain-air is also soothing! The everyday activity should also help my sleep, but it’s variating from day to day! The best i drink every evening is a mixture of gingerroot, honey, cloves and lemon! Makes me sleep good and looses weigth at the same time! But the best remedy is weed!
