What’s the best local dish you’ve ever eaten while traveling?
We had an easy way with food when travelling back in the days! We made sandwiches at home before whenever we took the train and we had milk with us to. Now sometimes when we travelled we tasted some of the local dishes, but we are such a small country with only 5,5 million citicense so the whole country have eaten all these local dishes because we serve them all over. So the best dish i ever eaten is bbq deermeat served with hazzelback potatoes, brusselsprouts, carrots, red onion and green peas with a cognac sauce!!! NOW THAT was really really good prepared and the meat melted in your mouth and the sauce together with the greens giving it excellent taste! The potatoes, meat, sauce and greens on the fork just…..made my day…..
