What’s a cultural tradition from your country that you love?
We have odd traditions in Norway! We eat sheepshead! Boiled sheephead! We have brown cheese! Goatscheese to and it’s brown! We have lambfricasse and henfricasse! And we have norwegian meatballs with peastew! In the summer we celebrate St.Hans when we burned witches in mideavel times! We also have a skirun in the winter across the mountains over where they smuggled the young king of Norway on skis midwinther called the Birkebeinerrennet! The viking king was saved by the birkebeinerne who skiied him to Trondheim!
