What’s the best way to meet new people while traveling?
I can only speak out from my own experiences when I travelled in my youth. We had something called interrail! I bougth an International trainticket for all trainfares in europe! Lasting for 1 month. Now my experience when I arrived was if I was polite and humble and connected with the locals it was always success. I never stayed where the tourists was. I stayed in local ins. I always smile when I meet new people and I always hold open arms. I help when help is needed. I saw an old lady on the airport struggling with 2 big suitcases up some stairs and nobody helped her. So I stopped up at the bottom turned around and said “excuse me mam do you need any help?” so I took the 2 suitcases and carryed them up for her. She was overpleased and very happy! I smiled back to her and said have a nice day. Went down the stairs again and on my way. Didn’t cost me many calories…
