What’s something you’ve done that your past self would be proud of?
I was away from having a steady job for the last 20 years due to disability benefits! This has brougth me to the age of 64 and I wen’t out and landed a job as a chef inside a Bistro. Yes, they hired me on the spot! So I have been working half days for the last 4 months now and they are all really really satisfied with me cooking! I prepare every days dinners we sell. I prepare every thing from greens to dessert! I even have my own recepies on three different meals! After i started we have even more customers now! We are selling very much every week and it’s escalating! And they say it’s all thanks to they hired me as chef! Finally i am being apreeciated for my skills! And I am proud landing a job in the age of 64!
